We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no
customer impact as of 10/20, 22:26 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 10/20,
21:05 UTC and that during the 1 hour &21 minutes that it took to resolve the issue some of customers in Central
India might have experienced data gaps for platform and custom metrics.
Root Cause:The failure was due to an issue in one
of our backend services.
