We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 06/21, 12:00 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 06/21, 11:45 UTC and that during the 15 min that it took to resolve the issue 13 % of customers experienced data access issues while accessing through azure portal.
