We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 05/23, 06:05 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 05/23, 05:20 UTC and that during the 45 minutes that it took to resolve the issue ~5% of customers would have experienced data access issue.
Root Cause: The failure was due to availability issues in one of our back-end services.
