We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no
customer impact as of 07/30, 22:57 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on
07/29, 13:45 UTC and that during the 1 day 8 hours and 15 minutes that it took
to resolve the issue ~5% of customers in East US region might have experienced intermittent data access issues while accessing application insights data and
performing queries. This did not impact data ingestion.
