We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 12/17, 11:55 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on M/D, 11:25 UTC and that during the 30 minutes that it took to resolve the issue 8% of customers experienced data access issue in azure portal.
  • Root Cause: The failure was due to one of our dependent services.
