We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 11/20, 20:30 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 11/20, 05:00 UTC and that during the 15 hours 30 min that it took to resolve the issue approximately 4% of customers in North Europe and East US2 might have experienced error while loading data in Application Insights dashboards.
