Application Insights had brief data access issues and have confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 07/02, 17:20 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 07/02, 17:05 UTC and that during the 15 minutes that it took to resolve the issue, ~10% of customers would have experienced data access issues in Azure Portal and Application Analytics Portal.
