Experiencing Data Access issue in Azure Portal for Many Data Types - 07/28 - Resolved

We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 07/28, 15:14 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 07/28, 13:48 UTC and that during the 1 hour 26 min that it took to resolve the issue, customers using Azure Monitor in Brazil South East experienced data access, data latency, data gaps, missed or delayed alerts and incorrect alert activation while ingesting telemetry. Customer also experienced issues with missed or delayed alerts.
  • Root Cause: The failure was due to backend service becoming unhealthy.

I have not been able to access Application Insight logs in US West 2 since Monday. My coworkers are experiencing the same thing.

 

UPDATE: Clearing all my cookies fixed this.
