We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 09/24, 14:15 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 09/24, 11:00 UTC and that during the 3 hours 15 mins that it took to resolve the issue some customers may have experienced data access issue and issues with missed or delayed Log Search alerts in South UK, Central US and North Europe regions.
