Experiencing Data Access issue in Azure Portal for Many Data Types - 07/15 - Resolved

We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal as of 7/15, 20:00 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 7/15, 12:26 UTC and that during the 7 hours 34 minutes that it took to resolve the issue 17% of customers globally might not be able to access Live Metrics data in Azure Portal. 

• Root Cause: The failure was due to issue in one of our dependent services.

We understand that customers rely on Application Insights as a critical service and apologize for any impact this incident caused.

We are aware of issues within Application Insights and are actively investigating. Globally 17% of customers may not be able to access Live Metrics data in Azure portal.
