We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal as of 7/15, 20:00 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 7/15, 12:26 UTC and that during the 7 hours 34 minutes that it took to resolve the issue 17% of customers globally might not be able to access Live Metrics data in Azure Portal.
- Root Cause: The failure was due to issue in one of our dependent services.
