We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 11/11, 18:00 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 11/11, 17:30 UTC and that during the 30 minutes that it took to resolve the issue some application insights customers might have experienced data access and data latency issues while accessing application data in azure portal. Customers also experienced intermittent errors loading live metrics stream blade in azure portal.Customers who configured log search alerts and metric alerts also experienced failures and latency in alert firing.

We are aware of issues within Application Insights and are actively investigating. Some customers may experience Data Access issues while accessing application data in azure portal for multiple regions.

Our Prod AppInsights doesn’t track any activity since yesterday . Issue not resolved for us .
