We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 07/27, 09:45 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 07/27, 08:00 UTC and that during the 1 hour 45 minutes that it took to resolve the issue some of customers experienced data access issues.
- Root Cause: The failure was due to issues with one of our backend services which went in to unhealthy state.
