We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 7/15, 19:10 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 7/15, 15:25 UTC and during the time  it took to resolve the incident, 50-75% of customers experienced issues using Log Analytics in Southeast Asia region.

We continue to investigate issues within Log Analytics. Root cause is not fully understood at this time. Some customers continue to experience issues within Log Analytics in the South East Asia region. We currently have no estimate for resolution.
