We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 05/03, 00:45 UTC UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 04/30 19:30 UTC and that during the incident, customers experienced in South East Australia, West Europe and West Central US experienced issues with rendering the Upgrade readiness dashboard.

Root Cause: Root cause has been isolated to a new feature addition which interferes with the functioning of the Upgrade Readiness dashboard.

Root cause has been isolated to a new feature addition which interferes with the functioning of the Upgrade Readiness dashboard. We are deploying a roll back fix to mitigate this issue. The deployment is already complete in South East Australia and West Europe and is pending completion in West Central US region. We estimate this to complete in the next 2 hours.

We are aware of issues within Log Analytics and are actively investigating. Some customers may experience rendering issues with their Upgrade readiness dashboard in the West Central US region. Customers might have experienced the same issue in Australia & West Europe regions earlier. Based on our telemetry, the impact is currently limited to the West Central US region. The team is currently in the process of rolling out a fix to the impacted regions to mitigate this issue.
