We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 06/25, 22:50 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 06/25, 19:40 UTC and that during the 3 hours 10 mins that it took to resolve the issue up to ~27% of customers may have experienced data access issues followed by data latency in Azure Portal and Log Analytics Portal in South Central US region.
Root Cause: The failure was due to issue in one of our dependent platform services.
