We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 09/05, 08:20 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 09/05, 06:50 UTC and that during the 1 hour 30 minutes that it took to resolve the issue 7% of customers using Log alerts which are configured in West Europe region might have experienced Alerting failure.
Root Cause: The failure was due to issues with one of our backend services.
