We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 6/16, 18:07 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 6/16, 17:44 UTC and that during the 23 minutes that it took to resolve the issue. Some customers may have experienced intermittent metrics data gaps and incorrect alert activation.

  • Root Cause: We have identified a throttling limit resulting in the service to experiencing an operational threshold
