Our logs show the incident started on 02/05, 06:45 UTC and that during the 2 hours that it took to resolve the issue some customers may have experienced intermittent metric data gaps and incorrect metric alert activation in West Europe region.
Root Cause: The failure was due to an issue with one of our dependent service.
