We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 09/27, 22:33 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 09/27 ~18:00 UTC and that during 3 hours 30 min that it took to resolve the issue customers in South Central US experienced failure notifications when retrieving Application insights logs.
- Root Cause: The failure was due to changes in network configuration for one of the dependent services.
