We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 03/19, 18:31 UTC.  Our logs show the incident started on 03/19, 15:31 UTC and that during the 3 hours that it took to resolve the issue, some of customers would have experienced access issue in Azure log Analytics services for Fairfax portal.
  • Root Cause: The failure was due to configuration change in Azure log analytics Fairfax Portal.

We understand that customers rely on Azure Log Analytics Service as a critical service and apologize for any impact this incident caused.

We are aware of issues within Azure log Analytics and are actively investigating. Some customers may experience issue while accessing Azure log analytics from Fairfax Azure Portal.
