We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 03/19, 18:31 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 03/19, 15:31 UTC and that during the 3 hours that it took to resolve the issue, some of customers would have experienced access issue in Azure log Analytics services for Fairfax portal.
Root Cause: The failure was due to configuration change in Azure log analytics Fairfax Portal.
