We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 03/06, 04:03 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 03/06, 02:15 UTC and that during the 1 hour and 48 minutes that it took to resolve the issue some customers might have experienced data access issues in West Europe region.
  • Root Cause: The failure was due to issues in one of our back-end services.
