We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 7/7, 06:05 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 7/7, 05:20 UTC and that during the 45 minutes that it took to resolve the issue. Some of the customers may have experienced issues with Azure monitor metrics and alerts.

Root Cause: The failure was due to the dependent backend service unhealthy.
