What would be the best way to monitor Windows Server 2008 32-bit in Azure? I believe the Microsoft Monitoring Agent is not supported.

We currently don't have plans to add support for Windows 2008 with MMA, but I am adding @John Kemnetz to help answer this question, whether it is in plans for Azure Monitor Agent.
