I'm using this Azure hand-on-lab

I can successfully login to the Azure Portal with the username/password provided by the lab. But when I perform step 7 of task 1 to create Recovery Services vault I get the following permission error. Please help so I can continue to complete the lab that is a part of a Microsoft Azure's course that I'm working on:

Solution

The above link of Azure Hands-on-Lab was broken. The correct link is: Azure-Hand-on-Lab

Would you please share the actual solution? I am getting the same error when trying to publish by Dashboard. Thanks
