Unable to create new lab

Hi Team,

Im new to Azure and trying to explore the features. Unable to create lab.  Need Help.

Issue facing as below.

This could be an issue with user rights. Have a look into the Activity log. If there is an entry with status failed with the operation name "create a managed lab" there will be a group id in the details.
