I am not able to access the desktop of the university through azure virtual machine. The screen is going completely black after logging in.

@Srushti_Phulkar Thank you for reaching out! Are you trying to access a VM on labs.azure.com and facing issues? If yes, please send us an email to AzLabsCOVIDSupport@microsoft.com and share the lab details and user ID being used to access the VM.
