Template started but remote desktop connection not working

Hi, I just have a simple standard Windows VM running in Azure Labs and wanted to update Power BI in it. However, I cannot connect via RDP anymore. How can I get access again? Or do I have to throw that VM away? Any background info appreciated.

Hi all-

If you are still experiencing this issue with being able to RDP to your VM, please open a support ticket. Losing RDP is typically an underlying issue with the 'compute' resources and requires investigation for each situation where this is occurring.
