Problemas para acceder a mi maquina virtual

Occasional Visitor

Desde que pedí una recarga de horas a mi maquina virtual el día Lunes 14 de septiembre del presente año, no he podido volver a ingresar, me sale un mensaje en la pantalla diciendo que no se a encontrado nada que me pertenezca, por otro lado se me da una opción para crearme una cuenta nueva, no se si de tomar la  segunda opción, se me regresaran mis antiguos archivos y trabajos guardados en la maquina o tendré que comenzar desde cero todo.

Please send an email to AzLabsCOVIDSupport@microsoft.com and share your email address, using which you were accessing labs.azure.com and we will take a look at the logs. 

 

Just in case if you are the lab owner and only if possible, please share the lab resource ID or name of the lab as well. Thanks in advance and we hope to resolve the issue very soon!
