Lab VMS stuck on starting

Copper Contributor

Hello,

Alot of our VM pool has been stuck on "starting" for several hours today. Are there any known issues with lab services right now?

Hello, we have the problem with different Tasks, extending VMPools, deleting Users for more the 24 hours

Hi @dtnbb @Karlheinz_Barth

I was told there is an outage with the V2 service.

HI - I just realized I missed this thread! Yes, there was a partial outage for Lab Services Preview (Lab Plans). This has been fully resolved over this past weekend. If you are still seeing any issues with long running operations (VMs stuck starting/stopping, creating labs, publishing labs), please open a support ticket so we can get the team engaged ASAP to unblock you. Thanks!
Hey Peter,

We have a ticket open (2206290010002785)

Unfortunately we have VMs still stuck on "starting" as of this morning. Any help to escalate the ticket is appreciated greatly.
Thanks for the info - I'll follow up!

@dtnbb  - Please try reducing the lab capacity (number of VMs in the virtual machine pool).  Once that is finished, increase the lab capacity again.  According to the developer I talked to, this should 'reset' the VM publishing/creation process.
