I cannot reset my password.

Hi,

I have tried to reset my password as mentioned in the below link.

But After I click on that after some time it's getting timeout and everything resetting back. And I cannot connect to my RDP as well. There is no link for connecting to RDP

I'm sorry to hear that you're running into this issue with your password.

 

I'm assuming that you are a student using a VM?  If so, please contact your teacher or your schools IT staff about this issue.  If they are unable to correct it from their side, they will know how to reach out to us to that we can investigate further.
