edgeHub module fails to start

Hello,

I'm new to Azure IoT edge and try quickstart on my x86 device with runtime version 1.0.6.1. edgeAgent module runs successfully, but edgeHub modules fails to start when I deploy the sensor module. The log says that API version (2019-01-30) is incorrect. Is that because the runtime is old?
