We have one user that is getting the error An authentication error has occurred. The Local Security Authority cannot be contacted Remote computer They are on windows 10 and they are able to connect using their same credentials on their windows 10 laptop. I have tried
- Setting their DNS to the Google DNS
- Checking that this is the only user and computer affected
- flushing the DNS cache
- removing mentions to the server from the registry
My team is completely stumped here any help would be appreciated
