Issue with Azure Portal Login

Hi I have been unable to login to the Azure Portal for the last week now, and because of this I am unable to submit a support ticket, as this also redirects me to a Portal Blade for reporting issues. I will document the error below, however, note that I have tried numerous browsers, in private/incognito windows and clearing the browser cache to no avail. I am based in the UK.

 

Looking at the development console within the browser I see the following (see attached images).

I should also say that this issue is occuring for two different Microsoft accounts with different azure subscriptions on different tenancies.
