View test cases in backlogs

As you all might know In the backlogs it is possible to see the work item tree of a product as such:

• Epic
  • feature
    • User stories
      • Bugs

But is it possible to also see the manual test case alongside bugs in this view or just the test cases(Or maybe there's another view that i don't know about).

I know you can see the test coverage in the board, but I'm finding it hard to follow the coverage in the board when a tree view like the backlog would be so much easier.

@Alexandre_Marquis - I have been searching for a solution to this, which should not be a problem in the first place.  And, am curious if you found a solution.

@Chris_McKinnish Unfortunately I haven't found a way around this and I've been too busy to look a solution.
