Not able to create pipeline

I would like to bring kind attention to you regarding I am experiencing not able to create new pipeline as I am getting below error.

@nramnadhotmailcom i am also having this issue been waiting about 5 days now. Has really put a wrench in my learning and playing with dev ops.
