Hello Team,
We have integrated JIRA and Azure Devops using Exalate plugin. While syncing data from JIRA to ADO, all formatting features are working as expected with system field like description in ADO. When we tried to sync any custom field values, its not working.
How to change custom field type as same as default fields or is there any configuration available to achieve the formatting during data sync.
Please help..
