Migration of Pull Request from Azure DevOps Server to Azure DevOps Services

Dear All,

I struggle to find information regarding the elements that can be migrated from Azure DevOps Server to Azure DevOps Services with this tool: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=54274&culture=en-us&country=us

Specifically, I'd like to know if Pull Requests can be migrated from Azure DevOps Server to Azure DevOps Services.

Hi. Yes, the Azure DevOps migration tool performs a high fidelity migration and *will* include Pull Requests.
