How to setup Interactive Agent on Microsoft Azure Cloud Image

I'm using a GUI Testing app called EasyRepro.  It requires an Interactive Agent when running Tests on Azure.  I have it successfully running on an On-Premise Azure using an Interactive Agent.

 

How does one configure an Interactive Agent on Cloud Azure?
