Hello, I have a question of a general nature.
In my company we use bugs and complain about the default reasons (deferred,obsolete etc). We cannot agree on how to deal with some of them (e.g. in active state - approved/investigate - what's the difference?)


How does this look in your companies? Do you use the default reasons or have you created your own?

@elieade Yes, there is no such information about reasons that I'm asking for, e.g. active/investigate or regression/reactivated
