i need to build a workflow which captures the start date and due date of ticket. The due date has to be 4 days from start date. i need to trigger notification or some way to escalate ticket if ticket is still open beyond 4 days or due date. kindly suggest any options to tackle this requirement.

@santoshsubaz19 did you find a way to track the start date. I do see a start date in the mix of fields. But when I look through our boards data that is not populated for some reason.
