We have come across the following questions. Can anyone help?
- Is there a way to update tag names? For example, if we had a tag name that has changed multiple times. We want all the historical information associated to the new tag and not the old one. The same question pertains to tables and materialized views. I know that update and delete commands don’t work but I believe there is another way. If possible, I would like to go through this procedure.
- Also can we delete tags? For example, If we had a test tag that isn’t “real” and we don’t need the records stored in ADX.
- Does ADX have a concept of asset framework? I know you could define a hierarchy in TSI but as far as I can tell it is not possible in ADX. Is this correct?
