where does the attached disk reside if the IaaS is on a dedicated host?

Where does the attached disk reside if it is attached to a IaaS which exist on a dedicated host?  Does just the OS disk reside on the dedicated host or does the D drive (Temporary drive) also exist on the dedicated host?   If we were to add another disk for E drive would this disk reside on the dedicated host?

Looked at the link and not finding a answer to my specific question? thinking that additional attached disks are a separate cost from the dedicated host themselves?
If you have an Azure Dedicated Host, which is a physical server dedicated to hosting your virtual machines, any attached disks for your IaaS virtual machines would also reside on that physical server.

When you create an Azure Virtual Machine on a Dedicated Host, you have the option to attach disks to that virtual machine. These disks can be Standard HDD, Standard SSD, or Premium SSD storage, and they will be physically attached to the Dedicated Host that is hosting your virtual machine.

Regardless of whether you choose managed or unmanaged disks, the attached disks for your virtual machine on an Azure Dedicated Host will be physically located on that host. This allows for better performance and security since your data doesn't need to leave the physical server.
