For the 31st time, the researchers and practitioners that make up the high-performance computing (HPC) community will come together for their annual event. Numbering in excess of 12,000, this global community will converge on Denver, Colorado next week to once again establish and advance the state-of-the-art in HPC. The theme for SC19 is “HPC is now” - a theme that resonates strongly with the Azure High-Performance Computing Team given our momentum with customers and breakthrough capabilities.
Azure is upending preconceptions of what the cloud can do for HPC by delivering supercomputer-grade technologies, innovative services, and price/performance that rivals or exceeds even the most optimized on-premises deployments. The era of on-premises supremacy in HPC is officially over, and Azure is paving the way for a new era of innovation, research, and productivity.
We will showcase solutions from Azure HPC as well as partners in our booth (#633).

During SC’19, we will be showcasing the following solutions at pods in our booth:
Join us at the Microsoft booth to learn more about these offerings.
