@ddemathe, Is it possible to combine Azure Communication Services and
Azure bots to handle IVR and restrict on chat flows but enhance the user
"desired" actions with AI and with this, trigger some backend processes?

@bashan thanks. I wasn't even thinking about the service limits, just
about if/how this relates with EXO SMTP relay recommended options. But
having now seen the limits I understand and this is pretty cool though I
know it's not currently aiming to replace mass mailing services. Thanks
