We are an Australian based start-up using ACS for video, chat and voice. We want to integrate telephony into our tech stack mix with a 1300 number. But it seems there is no way to register an Australian number yet in ACS/Bot Services. Can you please let me know when we will have telephony and SMS capability here?

Right now, US based phone numbers are only available for purchase in the US. Other regions are on there way and the team is working on expanding this functionality to more countries/regions as we speak. You can see the next quarter's plans and our roadmap on GitHub and that will definitely be updated when we have more concrete timelines for Australia for both telephone calls and SMS messaging.
In the meantime, maybe looking into the Direct Routing capabilities would cover some of your scenarios?
