Sync from Azure AD to new AD on premise

Hi Team, 

Is it possible to sych users from Azure AD to new AD on-premise using Azure AD connect or through some other mechanism? Please suggest

Are you wanting to do a one-off sync? Or regular synching from AAD to on-prem AD?

One-off sync to get the Azure AD identities in local AD (setting up new AD and as of now all user IDs are in Azure AD i.e. created directly on Azure AD). Once existing IDs are in local AD, any new ID will be created on-premise first in local AD and sync with Azure AD going forward.
And any idea how to deal with passwords. is there any possibilities to sync passwords with user ID to local AD ?
