Region global

Hi 

I see some Azure ressources that have 'Global' in location -

Can someone explain this global "region" (why, how) and can it be changed to e.g. US or Europe

@Taen keren  Can you please specify which resources you are seeing them as global . Azure has a concept of non regional services not really sure if you are referring to them
