I would like have more information about the team who work for the Speech SDK, so that my team engineer can have easier way to engage when issue come out.

I work on the SDK team, and I'm glad to here from our customers.
The best place to contact the team is our GitHub issues page.
And for learning and participating in our community, Stack Overflow is a good place as well.

glad to know your guys are tracking issues in Github, it is common practice for open source community.
however, as enterprise user, as supporter for development team, will you guys have some direct channel for co-development communication or embedded program for supporting developer who uses your sdk?
As service ticket is reactive channel. while development team and engineer may prefer a proactive one for their software product and client.?
So any one like that?
