Hi all, I'm testing some sample code, and planning to build on that. However, that code requires Semantic Search enabled, and the first tier that supports it is S0 and upwards.
I racked a $ 16 bill for a bit less than two days of having it deployed (on S0), that means about $250 plus tax per month.
I really cannot afford that on a learning/prototyping basis. Creating and deleting the service when it's time to work is not an option because the index is lost... Is there any way of enabling semantic on the Free tier or at least on Basic? Otherwise, this approach would be just dead in the water...
