Beginning September 1st 2019, the Advanced Threat Analytics VPN Geo-location service responsible for detecting VPN locations now exclusively supports TLS 1.2. Make sure your ATA Center is configured to support TLS 1.2, as versions 1.1 and 1.0 will no longer be supported.
